Hi, I'm a caring, reliable, and experienced childcare professional with 22 years of experience working in ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) and Infant & Toddler programs. Supporting children and families has been my passion throughout my career, and I genuinely love helping parents feel confident and supported during the newborn stage. Over the years, I have cared for infants and young children in a variety of settings, developing strong skills in newborn care, feeding, diapering, soothing techniques, establishing sleep routines, monitoring developmental milestones, and creating safe, nurturing environments. I am patient, attentive, and understand that every baby is unique, so I work closely with families to follow their preferences and routines. My extensive experience has given me the opportunity to support children with a wide range of needs and abilities. I approach every child with compassion, patience, and respect, and I am committed to providing individualized care that helps them thrive. Families often describe me as trustworthy, calm, organized, and dependable. My goal as a night nanny is to provide attentive overnight care so parents can get the rest they need, knowing their baby is safe, comfortable, and in caring hands.
