Searching, the map and every profile are free for everyone. A family pays Night Nanny for a family membership, monthly, to contact night nannies — or has a trial or a free pass instead. Night nannies use everything free; Featured, which lists a profile ahead of the others, is optional.

Renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your membership page — it stops the next payment, and the month already paid for runs to its end rather than being refunded in part. Your account, and the conversations and bookings you already have, stay either way.
A trial comes from a trial link, and a free pass is given by Night Nanny. Neither needs a card, and nothing is charged when either ends; after that, a family membership is what lets you keep contacting night nannies.
A family membership lets you start conversations with night nannies and send them care requests. Searching, the map and profiles stay free, and so do the conversations and bookings you already have. It is a flat monthly fee: never a fee for any one introduction or booking, and never a share of what you pay for care.

All a Featured membership buys is a higher position in search results, a place at the front of any profiles the home page shows, and a Featured badge.
